At The Great Escape Club, our products are made on demand, especially for you. This means your order is created after you place it, rather than being pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Order Processing & Production

Because each item is made to order, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or supplier delays, production times may be slightly longer.

Where Your Order Ships From

Depending on the product, size, colour, and supplier availability, your order may ship from Australia or the USA.

Some shirt colours are produced and shipped from Australia, usually from Brisbane or Melbourne. Other shirt colours are produced and shipped from the USA.

If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. This means your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Colours stocked in Australia include Sport Grey, Black, White, Navy and Dark Heather. All other colours will be shipped from the USA and could take 21 days from the time of order to arrive.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, the estimated shipping times are:

Australia
Standard Shipping from Australia: 3 to 10 business days
Standard Shipping from the USA: please allow up to 21 days from the time of order

United States
Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days once dispatched

International
Standard Shipping: 7 to 21 business days once dispatched

For Australian customers, please note that some shirts may ship from the USA, depending on the colour selected. If your shirt is shipping from the USA, please allow up to 21 days from the time of order for production, international shipping, and delivery.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local carrier delays, customs processing, supplier location, and peak delivery periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on product type, colour, production facility, and availability.

This means your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Because our products are made on demand, we may not be able to change the delivery address once production has started. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly supplied address.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs, international shipping, or peak delivery periods.

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us, and we will help investigate with the shipping provider.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
