Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to The Great Escape Club. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, create an account, place an order or use any of our content, products, features or services.

We know legal pages are not exactly pool-deck reading, so we have tried to make this one as clear and human as possible.

By visiting our website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

Please check your details carefully before completing an order. A missing apartment number can send a perfectly good cruise shirt on an adventure nobody planned.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Orders may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holiday demand or events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the timeframe provided when you purchase.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and the available options. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may choose to accept the delay, select an available alternative or cancel the affected item for a refund.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but an address may not be changeable once an order has entered preparation or shipping.

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information where tracking is available. Carrier tracking may take a little time to update after the package is collected.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, responsibility for a package passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address supplied with your order.

If an order appears delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us. We would rather help investigate than leave you stranded at the dock.
